We encourage flexibility in how we work, measuring on outcomes not inputs. There's no expectation that you sit at a desk from 9-5 (although we do have to be flexible to client needs).

As a consultancy most of our work is client facing and so our people must be professional, and happy to present, write and provide critical assessment.
We work with clients to solve some tricky challenges so being creative and up for a challenge is a must as is being able to self-manage. We don't have micromanagers at Daintta so you'll need to be able manage your workload and ensure outcomes are delivered on time and to quality (you'll have the support of the whole team to do this).
As a technical consultancy we do expect our people to have some technical knowledge and understanding in the domains we operate in, but we also provide extensive training opportunities to fill any gaps.
